There are at least 3 or 4 things that absolutely need to have the wording changed to be clear and not confusing, but they are easy corrections! I'm glad I have a lot of prior First Aid & CPR training so I was less confused than someone who isn't as experienced. I don't mean to sound harsh! Clear information is so important for lifesaving care, and even moreso for people have to be certified for their jobs. Reading this course was also harder for people who don't have native familiarity with English. Section on Good Samaritan Law: "It's important to note: that the AHA guidelines recommend in-confident performers should, at least, perform chest compressions upon the patient, since studies show chest compressions can be as effective as the combination of CPR." -"In-confident" should be replaced with something like "people who are not confident." In-confident is not a real word *and* is confusing since it sounds like it means "within confidence," the exact opposite of the intended meaning. -The course never said what an “advanced airway” was. People can google it, but that risks people getting the wrong information. Section on Chemical splashes into the eye: "Remove contact lenses, if needed" Shouldn’t contact lenses *always* be removed if at all possible? Saying “if needed” makes it sound optional, so many people will not think they need to bother doing it. Some people even think contact lenses act as a shield, not as a layer that keeps chemicals pressing into the cornea and reduces flushing effectiveness. Please have it only say: "Remove any contact lenses." Even better would be to add in that detail about how contact lenses worsen chemical splashes to the eyes. Section on Shock: the word "shock" as in electrocution, and the medical state of being "in shock", got mixed up: "A Shock can occur for many reasons. Some reasons are poisoning, burns, blood loss, heat stroke, trauma and any other serious medical accident. When a patient is Shocked, it can lead to a loss of oxygenated blood to vital organs which, if untreated, can lead to organ damage or possibly death." Change to something like: "The state of shock can occur for many reasons. Some reasons are poisoning, burns, blood loss, heat stroke, trauma and any other serious medical accident. When a patient is in shock, it can lead to a loss of oxygenated blood to vital organs which, if untreated, can lead to organ damage or possibly death." Minor things: Exam question: on when to activate EMS for Adults/Adolescents: before or after CPR: The course gave two different answers depending on if you have a phone or not, but the factors were not mentioned in the exam question so I had to guess. According to the exam results I answered the question incorrectly. The course's CPR page in general with all its sections is also confusing and overwhelming. The whole course would benefit a lot from an editor.

To be honest I give it a three only because you're able to do the test and pass and pay after even though like I was already certified already just need a recertification but it says it's also accepted in Canada but it's not accepted in every place and it wasn't acceptable for the the job that I needed
