Online renewal format is easy, thank you. However, there are many inconsistencies in the training (such as saying cervical collars are not advised, but two videos immediately following that statement show cervical collars; and stating not to use AEDs on infants, then specifically stating to place one of the AED pads on the back of an infant.) There are also many grammatical errors that should be corrected (such as changing bad-mask to say bag-mask instead.)
