Please have someone proofread the course materials/information portion; several words were used incorrectly (ex: "induced" where I believe the author meant "ingested" in the Poisoning section), and there were other similar issues with grammar/spelling/typing. Also, as far as I know this is intended to train individuals without a background as a medical provider, but there is a lot of niche prerequisite knowledge a person needs to have to fully understand what they're being told to do that isn't actually provided or anything in the materials, a major example being the numerous times we are told to "take/apply Universal Precautions", and no description anywhere of what, exactly, that would consist of.
