Complete, comprehensive without a lot of unnecessary steps. No questions meant to confuse the person like other available tests. Average people forget when faced with an emergency, trying to remember 100 facts will deter people from trying to assist. Your format helps to keep it simple so people will remember. The low cost encourages people to get the training, and helps persons in rural settings where going to a class is not always an option. Your program is been designed to get more people trained. Thank you for that. I avoid onljne social groups, but since most people use them it would be nice to have the link "go viral" on social media.
