I am afraid it was far too easy for a certification for such an important, life-saving bit of knowledge. I tried the test BEFORE I read the parts and past with 8 out of 10 questions correct. I then dutifully went back and read everything and got 100% - but the test given was exactly the SAME! I think you should incorporate videos on the actions, and have a longer, more in-depth test. I heard about you from my school, who recommended this as an option instead of live training. It saved me a lot of time, and I feel was fine as a refresher - but I will be doing the live training next time, to make sure I can actually do the actions in an emergency.
