Excellent course incl being online. Wondered how effective this would be versus traditional in person CPR/First aid but having done these courses many times in the past I was able to refresh my knowledge fairly easily. THe short videos in the course were very helpful too. Great experience.

I did not like that there was no sound on the videos. I think hearing while watching helps to make it more clear. Not a huge deal as this was just a renewal, but I can see where it would help to have sound.
