Jeff ‘s instructions were better than any I have had ever. I did save a life once using CPR on an infant. But that was almost non successful. Some details that Jeff provided helped me feel confident to know better what to do in the future. I will be forever grateful to have found the best place to learn from. It is no wonder they get one of the best ratings in Lancaster County, PA. The fire chief, Adrian, is also the best as he was there to give support. They both are heroes and have all our respect and gratitude. I knew it was the place I should go to as my husband was a fireman and he said that they would be the very best. They knew I was nervous and they gave such individual and very supportive competent instruction. They were so professional and kind and understanding. It was very difficult for me because the infant I almost lost was my own son. They did not know that until the course was completed. It makes me so grateful every time I think of this experience. It was particularly difficult for them due to the fact that all the EMT’s and firemen had to go to a huge block fire in Lancaster City. So all their friends were in harms way. I can never thank them enough. ????????????. Thanks, Jeff and Adrian.
