The course gives a very superficial view of how to perform CPR and First Aid, however, I do not feel confident to perform CPR after this training. I am confident that I have the theoretical knowledge but not the practical application of that knowledge which is critical. So I do not believe that this training is sufficient to certify someone for CPR
