The content is poorly written/punctuated and at times, hard to follow. It would be helpful to have it rewritten by a professional writer. Also, your question about head injury is misleading. It basically asks if 911 should be called for a head injury and doesn't distinguish between a mild or severe injury or give a list of symptoms to look for. I chose "false" because not every head injury warrants a call to 911.
