I had some technology glitches during the course, so it was not very appealing until I had access to more of the videos. The test was not a true test of ability. And, I doubt that the certificate will be approved in many of my worksites. Without hands on practice, the entire training took about an hour. I was referred to this through my employer and am aware that such a training level does NOT fully cover the needs at my place of employment when any students get injured. Although I took the course in January 2023, and an email was sent that the card was shipped, I have NOT received a single item by mail [ it was promised for 2 - 5 business days; it is now 10]. So, just print your card copy after you pay and pray that it'll be worth something in the long run? For online training, it was okay.
