should be easier to look up and active or non active license. The company i was working for deleted my work email and I was not to get the email and see if it was valid or not. I will call support tomorrow and maybe I can get refunded for my second test.

First aid sections are too wordy, vauge and in a few instances contraindciate information. Last paragraph of AED training states "do not use AED on infant" and then the first section of infant notes "use one paddle on chest and one on back" These are just a few.
