A clear definition of the difference between witnessed and unwitnessed would be helpful. Then it would be understood that witnessed is relevant in terms of the time of unconsciousness. Therefore, if witnessed, you have time to initiate EMS before starting CPR. Also, last time I used your services I did not receive my card in the mail. Thanks
