It was good for a returner. Here are some changes that happened between my last certification. Narcan and the amount of breaths and beats for different ages during CPR. Maybe the protocol to use narcan should be explained a bit more. Also, maybe a cheat sheet for beats to breaths should be on the back of the card. Its getting confusing which age gets how many. If there was a way to make a table for something so it gets clearer, that would help.

I appreciate the content and format of this course. The summaries are straight to the point and helpful. I noticed the need for editing in some areas and would like to offer some suggestions. - Stay consistent with either ERS or EMS. The beginning pages mention ERS, then it is replaced by EMS towards the latter part of the course (EMS is first mentioned under the Samaritan Law then reappears later again). - Although I cannot find the word now, I did see one that was spelled in the British way of using "s" instead of "z" or something like "whilst." It is towards the beginning of the module. - There is an obvious shift of writing style from one that is a little bit more formal in the beginning of the module to a more hurried manner starting at the end of the AED section and forward. There are segments that are described more "scientifically" than other times. It is a little distracting to read some of the fragmented sentences in the later sections. - The test needs a little face lift in that; the word "Question" next to the number of the question - should be removed. Some questions need to be re-written with clarity of wording and sentence structure. I will be renewing with NationalCPRFoundation again in the future. Thank you for your product.

This was the best experience to renew my CPR/AED/First-Aid certificate. Especially when there has not been a lot of changes in the procedure. Thank you for making this class more convenient.

Some info conflicted (never use AED on infant, then immediately instructions on how to use on infant, or always use an AED before CPR while also saying give 2 min CPR for some situations with infants and children before getting an AED...)
