I used to be able to login for recognition, which doesn't seem to be the case any longer. The only disadvantage to this is that the two year validity of the certificate starts immediately after taking the test, not two years after the expiration of the previous certificate. This is a minor issue, but the only way to keep the expiration dates consistent every two years is to make sure not to take the test until the exact expiration date of the current certificate.
