Several of the questions on the exam where not clear. Such as do you do CPR on an unresponsive person. Well- you do if the heart isn't beating and they aren't breathing but not if these are present. There was absolutely nothing in the quiz about the use of an AED either. I have done these these trainings in person enough times to know and am comfortable with this method of certification but this doesnt seem like something that actually teaches nor refreshes any skill for 1st aid, cpr or aed.
