Basic Life Support - BLS
Convenient and functional. The tests are very straight forward from the study material. I love the National CPR Foundation as I have used them since 2019 and will continue to use them as long as time allows. It’s a great way to brush up on knowledge you already retained without the requirement of the in person classes. Although I highly recommend taking those classes every so often to ensure your life saving skills are at full potential. Have a beautiful day!

I think this was an excellent and easy way for someone to re-immerse his or herself into CPR/First aid. I took the time to review the material and watch the videos and it was easy. All from the comforts of my home which was a plus!
