I will contest the "Corrrect" answer to whether CPR should tart on a patient that is unconcious and non-responsive". This is untrue because a patient can be those things and still have strong heartbeat and strong breathing. (e.g. ME, after being knocked unconcious by a snowboarder. I would not have benefited from someone immediately pounding my chest and maybe breaking ribs and further damaging my exising injuries.) Please reconsider your "correct" answer.
