Great experience with access, quiz, and receiving certificate immediately. The only minor complaint I have has to do with one question. I would either have a different question or clarify the question - Question: If a patient undergoes a head injury you should call 911 immediately. With experience with "bumps on the head" 911 isn't always called and per the documentation provided 911 is called when pt. has vomited more than once, there are unequal pupils, signs of having/had a seizure, unable to balance, slurred speech, neck and/or spinal pain, very drowsy, or weakness on one side of the body.
