I enjoyed the presentation and how quickly and easily I could recertify. And I got my actual wallet card within a week. The reason for 4 stars is, unfortunately, the company I work for did not accept this certification and I had to take another course from AHA. They required the hands-on portion of the training even though I have had my certification for almost 4 years! So, be sure to check if you are certifying for a particular agency to make sure they will accept this training.
