The testing and payment were easy and convenient. However, much of the training required me to research further using Google and other off-site resources to seek clarification. You may consider adding informational hyperlinks when medical terminology and processes are mentioned. The video examples provided were extremely limited and gave little to no explanation. For example, I had to ask Google what is meant by "universal precautions". Also, you had one section on treating a person having a seizure and you simply advise to render first-aid. I had to go to another website to find a detailed explanation how to provide first-aid to a person having a seizure.
