I would have been confused had I not previously taken a class. It would be great to have a full length webinar video available! Also, there were quite a few words misspelled or misused, which added a bit of confusion as well.

Generally great class. I took few before and this one refreshed my memory and gave additional knowledge. I hope I never have to be of a "life and deaf" help but it happens, I feel little more confident that I will be able to do my best:). I would put more optional videos to watch for those like me, who like to check stuff in real life:). And I would lobby to American Schools to teach that class to every American Student 12 years and up. Make it available, and "kind of mandatory" :). It will make all Americans ready for anything:)
