this was simple and easy, so I liked that. But if I had never been certified before, I found some of the instructions in the course could be a lot more clear, and I wish there were better videos with the instructions said as they went along. For example, the placement of hands during compressions wasn't specific, unclear explanation of ABC's vs. CAB use, and particularly the repeated phrase with no explanation of the direction "check universal precautions".
