Very easy. For renewals, if you're currently up to date with practices and procedures than it's very simple to take the test without the course. For those that are certifying for the first time, the modules would be very helpful and informative.

Easy and fast. I do however, dispute the answer to one of the test questions. The question asked what to do if a unconscious and unresponsive subject was found. Correct answer was “ start CPR”. I disagree, pointing out that many an unconscious and unresponsive subject have a pulse and respiration. Question needed more details.
