Easy and convenient way to keep up with BLS CPR certification for healthcare professionals. However, I do recommend hands on practice, or an actual in person class every few years or so. It is still important to practice the actual movements. My job provides these resources instead of having us recertify ourselves. I choose to do this on my own to keep up with it should I ever leave my job.

This training was very good overall! I found a few things unclear though, especially on whether it's best to call 911 immediately or perform CPR first, and about the differences in approach for babies, children, and adults. Also, I think having a few more videos or pictures would be helpful!
