I first completed the course on July 28th and paid but there is no record of it, although I do have my financial statement showing there was a debit on my credit card on that date prior to completing and passing the course. So, because there was no proof, I had to retake the exam and paid again today. It would be great if I could get a refund for the first exam I passed.
