Incomplete question on exam: Begin CPR on an unconscious, unresponsive person. This is FALSE, not True. Identifying the person is unconscious and unresponsive is not enough information to begin CPR. Prior to starting CPR, steps to CHECK if Airway, Breathing, and Circulation are needed, otherwise unnecessary care might be administered if the patient is in fact breathing and circulating blood on their own in the unconscious, unresponsive state. I do NOT immediately begin rescue breathing or CPR until I know they are not breathing air into their lungs, and/nor circulating oxygen with their heart. Thus, the current form of the question is in fact FALSE.
