The training material is good, but there are several misspellings and word order issues within the text. It would be good to re-proof all the text in this course. I would recommend this for anyone who needs basic certification, but online cannot fully substitute for hands-on training.

appreciated the expediency, especially since having done this at least 15 times in my career time (and before that, as well). Wish the need for in-person training had been more clear; not sure this will count without the in-person training, but glad to have this part done and possibly complete for a healthcare provider.
