Basic Life Support - BLS
Very easy to access, and a good review for those who already have a good handle/ experience with basic first aid, CPR, and AED devices. ( I wouldn't recommend it if you'd never taken a "hands on" course in those subjects, though.) Essentially, I used it as a refresher course and re-certification purposes. For this purpose, it was excellent.

The jaw-thrust technique explanation was unclear. There was no instruction on hand over hand technique with placing the heal of the bottom hand on the chest.Some slides did not state if cpr & breaths were to be done simultaneously with 2 rescuers.
