Some language, such as the use of "butt" for where to inject something like an epi-pen can be confusing to people who are not familiar with their use or who have not been trained in CPR in the past. Overall, this was a great refresher for someone who has been certified for over a decade and needed to be recertified! This program was easy to navigate and comprehensive!
