I'd offer a higher rating but was disappointed that I reached out June 19th and still haven't heard back as of today June 27th. I received an email reminder for my CPR/AED with discount to $10.95 for return customers, the day after I renewed at $12.95. It's not a huge deal but I had asked if you'd adjust that cost, and it seems a week is too long for a polite no. Never the less, thank you for the renewal. I've taken the full course so many times, being able to recertify quickly is appreciated.
