I have to renew my BBP and First Aid/CPR over and over. Most sites want you to sit through up to 2 hours of instructional videos in order to take the test, which feels like a big waste of time after the fifth or sixth year in a row. Having the option to skip is a massive time-saver and greatly appreciated.
