As a former EMT and someone who used to teach CPR, I appreciate the convenience of an online recertification. I'm generally familiar with the material and really don't need an in-person, full-day class. Still, it would have been nice to see a video of a full scenario from start to finish with the most current protocols. The exam was also pretty straight forward. However, there were several questions with incomplete information (e.g. the question failed to give background information such as if I witnessed the event (for CPR) or how much area of the body was burned (for First Aid)).
