I found the content quite confusing in some areas and here's why: 1) for the average person there were too many technical or jargon terms that were not explained; 2) There were inconsistencies through on the order in which to do things; 3) There's content that shouldn't be covered for the lay person including "amputation" care; 4) Some of the instructions were not clear and felt like they were missing important steps; 5) The videos were astonishingly unhelpful.
