Very straightforward and easy to complete. However, grammar and punctuation are problematic, making some passages confusing - needs better editing.

Very good information. I really learned a lot. It was quite long, however, I like how each part was broken down. Just wish it was a few more videos.

For the AED part I expected an interactive simulation most people have never even held one. I just expected more than a vague understanding of the topics to be considered certified. A tutorial with more clips and an option for interaction with our bot instructor/teacher if we needed further explanation would have been helpful. The head injury question was so vague I got it wrong. The question should have been, 'When a person HAS BEEN ASSESSD to have a head injury you should call EMS, True or False. I took your wording as: if you see anyone with a bumped, bruised or bleeding head, don't check for symptoms of a head injury requiring medical attention, just call EMS . One more thing, why add in that a person should perform CPR for 2 minutes then stop gather AED, a mask and call EMS before continuing CPR, that part was just confusing and should be left out instead of listing it as an optional answer for one of the test questions. If calling EMS is the priority before beginning CPR why does the AGE of the UNCONSCIOUS person matter? These are the reasons I assumed my two answers were incorrect. Why the answer is incorrect should also be given for us to truly learn from our mistakes. Please put in the effort to create a more intelligent course and test. One the test taker can feel proud to pass. At any rate, I'm glad I have my certification.
