Somehow, I missed filling in the City. But, believing that I had completed the form, I proceeded to click on Pay—and chose PayPal to complete the payment. After completing the transaction, I was returned to Checkout. Only this time, there was a large red ribbon at the top of the page with the error message: Billing Town/City is a required field. So I filled in the field with my City name, and had to pay again! I will try to go to PayPal and cancel the first charge, if that doesn’t work, I’ll expect a full refund for the first charge. That’s a weird mistake that shouldn’t have happened. The error should have loaded after I pressed Pay and before I was forwarded to PayPal.
