To Whom It May Concern: In years past I’ve seen or had no issue with the grammar, or exam questions, while taking any classes from National CPR Foundation. I would highly recommend you hire someone to proofread and edit the BLS course material provided here. The errors became blatantly obvious in the last 3rd of the text. It’s understandable with the lack of education that is now surfacing in the new population of workers but, a company must comprehend the liability when supplying the EMS industry. Please let me know if you need assistance with this problem, I’d be more than happy to help the company attain its level of excellence again.
