Your question about PPE and the correct answer posted, in my opinion is wrong. I read the question as what does PPE protect. The answer is body parts, answer number one. You listed "All above" as correct answer, which included PPE equipment itself and medical equipment. PPE is "Personal Protection Equipment." The correct answer is one.
