I am impressed because the content is focused on the topics and information is brief but complete, no gaps .I llearned very important techniques. In fact, for less amount of time I have learned more than I learned for 6 hours at a 'In person " course two years ago . Very helpful for my job! I may take other courses on NCPR Foundation website.
