Great information in an easy format. I feel much more prepared now for emergency situations. This is definitely material I will review frequently. My only suggestions: the videos were too infrequent and (at least on my device) there was no sound. Some of the videos even had dialogue but I didn't hear them. Second, include links either during or after completion of the program for more information and research on the various topics. And then advertise the rest of your classes once its done! So much good stuff here, thank you! (Oh, add employer, volunteer, etc. to the 'how did you hear about us', maybe some others)
