Very thorough, but some points/terms (i.e. AP diameter) could use more explanation/definition for a non-medical person. I don't recommend online CPR in any case for someone who has never taken hands-on except just to be prepared in case of emergency. I have had EMT training in the past and need this as a fitness instructor.
