This course gave lots of detail, it was straight forward and easy to follow. I like that it was not on a time restraint and allowed for working at my own pace. I appreciate that you could take this class and test for free. I did pay for the certificate; which is incredibly affordable, and I received my certificate of completion in my email immediately after submitting payment. They also emailed me a printable wallet size card. The only thing I would say could be better is more videos to be keep the course a little more engaging as this course is a lot of reading and some learn better hearing/seeing opposed to reading. Overall I would recommend this course to someone needing CPR and first aid.
