This was a very quick and easy fully virtual certification which I enjoyed since I have taken in-person CPR certification/re-cert courses for the past 10 years. If you have never taken an in-person course, I advise getting the real hands-on experience, but for providers familiar and previously trained, this is a great refresher. There are some spelling and grammatical errors throughout the course materials which does make it look slightly less professional (this resulted in the loss of a star).
