The course was succinct and got the job done. However, one of the questions on the exam was incorrect. There are five types of hepatitis, not three. Another question should have been written more clearly. It is ok to breastfeed when a mother has mastitis but not a blood infection.

It is so convenient to obtain recertification using an online course. As a nurse, these modules are repeated throughout your career. I would suggest if certifying for the first time, the person should take a face to face course then decertify in person or online.
