As a healthcare provider I highly recommend this course, if you find it difficult during these chaotic times to go have your certifications updated and renewed the national CPR foundation makes it possible and are very thorough leaving no questions asked I personally feel very comfortable knowing that whoever takes this course is fully capable of performance CPR and emergency first day to save someone's life

Disagreed with some of the some of the answers. I scrape my head, I'm not losing my mind and calling EMS. Someone's unconscious, I don't just start performing compressions on them. Just need better options.
