I was trying to buy my certificate and it said it didn't go through and to try again, so I tried again and it said it didn't work and to try again. At this point, I stopped and decided id try again on a different day. Then I got an email saying my order had been shipped and I had been charged twice! :(

I DIDN’T HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I WAS CHARGED TWICE ON TWO DIFFERENT CARDS FOR THE SAME TRANSACTION. I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL. MY REFUND ON ONE OF THE CARDS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.
