Overall I thought the course was very bad. It was extremely rudimentary, and only touched on concepts at a very surface level. I did not learn anything new and I can only imagine how confused someone would be if it was their first time learning CPR or first aid concepts. The same information could easily be learned on wikipedia and I feel like the money I spent on the certification is a bit of a waste
