Perfect for workplace renewals and refresher. If you have done CPR & First aid a million times, this is the perfect certification to refresh & requalify. With no Practical hands on experience though, would NOT recommend for not previously trained first aiders. if you're new, do an in house practical, just so you can feel the way administering first aid Feels.
