At first I didn't receive a certificate. Then I waited a few days and still nothing in my email. I looked for a number and couldn't find one to call. I clicked the link to download my certificate thru the email link and it said I don't have a registered email link. What gives? I tried instead to email the support email and the next day I received my certificate. I needed the certificate earlier though. Not so great service.
