I am satisfied that I was able to review ant concepts that I needed to and that I was able to go at my own pace. I do think that there could have been more emphasis on shock and it is always beneficial to actually practice doing CPR. But overall, I appreciate the convenience and time needed to get a refresher in. Especially for those of us who have taken first-aid/cpr in the past. (I think that this was my 24th time taking it.)
