Header clearly said I was doing Healthcare BLS but Certificate is not the Healthcare provider Certificate, just has Basic Life Support. Information and test were good...but got the wrong certification. Would have been 5 stars if correct....unfortunately it is not correct. Tried to email my concern but email support not working on the site
